📍 Site Visits
We conduct detailed site visits to gather the info we need to price your project accurately. For more complex jobs, multiple visits may be needed to take photos, measurements, and assess the space thoroughly.
We often bill for this time hourly — but it ensures fewer surprises and a more efficient project overall.

💳 Billing & Payments
We bill hourly for labor, so if we finish early — you save money.
If we expect to go over, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

🔁 Change Orders
Despite our best efforts, some things can only be discovered once work begins.
A Change Order may happen when:

Unforeseen issues are uncovered

You request additional work or design changes
-
Something couldn’t have been reasonably estimated in advance
If we miss something due to our own error — you won’t be charged for it.
Otherwise, change orders are billed separately on a Time & Materials basis.

Once your project is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you (also known as a punch list) — especially for larger jobs.
This ensures that everything is up to your expectations — and ours.
For smaller jobs, this may not be needed, but we still double-check every detail.
